"How to Help Children Calm Down" article
Over the holiday break, I spent some of my time reading and catching up on professional articles. One of the most interesting articles that I read was "How to Help Children Calm Down, Techniques for helping kids regulate their emotions and avoid explosive behavior". The author does a terrific job offering some concrete approaches to helping children regulate strong emotions and I thought that it was worth sharing with all OCRS families.
