If your family has been taking advantage of this year's free lunch and breakfast program, or if you would like to take advantage of the program, linked below is information on how to order and pick up lunch and breakfast during the upcoming Holiday Break.
By filling out the linked form, families can order meals for the Holiday Break for all of the children in your household that are 18 years of age and younger. The meal pick up will be held on Wednesday, December 23rd and again on Tuesday, December 29th at Smithfield High School.
Paper copies of this form will also be sent home with in-person learning students, however ALL Smithfield families are eligible for the free lunch and breakfast program.
